Calvary Baptist Church is a local church where it is possible to be immersed in fellowship instead of being lost in the
crowd. We are your neighbors and friends working together as one body to be the kind of church our Lord desires.
Though we are a neighborhood church we have world wide impact. As part of the Southern Baptist Convention,
we help support over five thousand missionaries world wide and a similar number here in the United States. Through the cooperative
program we are part of six seminaries, an excellent publishing organization, numerous speciality missions as well as local
ministries.
Our goals are to follow the wishes of our Savior to assist each person
to become all they can be through the power of God. Through evangelism, training, worship, and prayer we are endeavoring to
attain what God has planned for each of our lives.
We are a place of Christian fellowship
where through dinners, picnics, and many other outings and events we enjoy the richness of mutual Christian support.
